PANDA Ripper is made of high strength steel sheet and mounted the superhard protection board.The ripper tooth is made of the special highest strength steel sheet.

2）Good Mechanical Property:
PANDA Ripper tooth is made of NM400 special material which surface brinell hardness can reach 400HB and its mechanical property is 3-5 times better than the normal steel sheet's.

3）Longer work time:
The high strength board mounted in front of the ripper can protect the ripper body from damage.It can be changed easily.

1. What's the material used for attachment (bucket etc.) parts?

* For mini attachments under 6Tone, we make them from Q235 and Q345B.

* For General purpose attachments from 6Tone to 20Tone, we make them from Q235 and partly NM400 (Chinese HB400)

* For Heavy duty and hi capacity attachments, we make them from Q345B and partly HARDOX400.

2. Can you develop parts by drawings or samples?

* Yes, of course. Also we have the knowledge to design new attachments from concepts.

3. What’s the payment and delivery time?

* Normally, the payment should be TT and 30% paid in advance; 70% balance before delivery.

* 20- 25 working days are ready to ship.
